Resumen
El autor estudia la relación entre el Poder Ejecutivo y el Poder Legislativo a los largo de las administraciones de Raúl Alfonsín y Carlos Menem. Apunta, principalmente, a describir la naturaleza —conflictiva o no— de ese vínculo y al balance de poder entre ambas ramas del Estado. Finalmente, especula sobre el futuro de tal relación a la luz de las nuevas normas introducidas por la Reforma Constitucional de 1994.

Abstract
The author studies the relationship between the executive and legislative powers during Raúl Alfonsín’s and Carlos Menem’s administrations. He aims to describe the nature —discrepant or not— of such link and the balance of power between the two branches of government. Finally, he speculates on the future of this relationship in light of new rules introduced by the 1994 constitutional reform.
